Stellarvue SV130S - 5" f/7 Next Generation APO Triplet OTA Stardust White
The 5" f/7 Next Generation APO Triplet personally bench verifies and star-tested by Vic Maris.

The Stellarvue SV130S includes 3.5" dual speed Feather Touch Focuser, Deluxe Heavy-duty Dual Rings, F2 Red dot Finder, 2” and 1.25” Adapters, Threaded Dust Cover and Aluminum Case.

    By using the most advanced glass types and a fully optimized air-spaced triplet design, the Stellarvue SV130S is simultaneously corrected for secondary color spectrum, coma, spherical and higher order aberrations. The SV130S triplet lens uses a very high homogeneity Super ED glass, full multi-coatings on all surfaces, zonal correction to satisfy the most serious lunar, planetary and double star observer. Stellarvue telescopes are made with solid aluminum and precision machined on both manual and CNC equipment. Their heavy, thermally equalized, push pull lens cells help ensure stable alignment and excellent performance under both normal and extreme conditions. Using 1/8" thick, machined aluminum tubing and oversized aluminum and stainless fittings, the optical path remains fixed, maintaining the integrity of our world class optics. Each tube assembly is fully baffled with spherical shaped, knife edge baffles for improved contrast and treated with ultra flat black interiors for maximum contrast.

    Optical Performance: True apochromatic performance. The objective provides a wide, flat field, perfect star test and no false color. Rapid cool down time. Extremely high contrast full multi-coatings result in exceptional high contrast performance both visually and photographically.
