The case includes four lockable latches for the removable cover (no hinge), three steel-reinforced handles and die-cut foam lining with compartments for telescope, eyepieces and accessories. It can be carried (requires two people) or pulled using the attached 10" wheels. The finder scope must be detached and inserted into the vinyl protective pouch (included) and placed inside the case.
Outside dimensions of the case are approximately 42" x 25" x 26-3/4" (with wheels installed) and its empty weight is approximately 37.0 lbs. The shipping box is approximately 26-1/4" x 19" x 38-1/2" (FedEx Ground dimensional weight is 100 lbs) and the shipping weight is approximately 44.2 lbs. All values are subject to slight changes.
