If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the Hands on Optics, for any reason, just return the item(s) in NEW condition with all original packaging, within 10 days for a prompt refund. Shipping charges are not reimbursed.. If your order was received damaged or defective, contact Hands on Optics before returning. In addition to our 10-day return policy, many products of our are covered by manufacturers' warranties. If you would like to receive a copy of the warranty for any product, please call or write for details.
For our customer's safety, Hands on Optics retains no electronic versions of credit card, confidential or customer information. No customer information is in computers connected to the internet. Hands on Optics does not share, sell or otherwise distribute any customer furnished information, including emails and addresses.

- Pricing or Typographical Errors
While Hands On Optics strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Hands On Optics cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Hands On Optics shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Hands On Optics may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
